From 2006, she played for JEF United Chiba Ladies in the Nadeshiko League. As a member of the Japan U-16 Women’s National Team, she contributed to the team’s runner-up finish at the 2007 AFC U-16 Women’s Championship, competed in the 2008 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, and helped secure the championship title at the 2009 AFC U-19 Women’s Championship. After a season with New York Magic in the United States in 2012, she retired from her playing career at the age of 21.
Following her retirement, she served for two years in Bhutan as a physical education teacher through the JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers. In 2017, she joined the Japan Football Association（JFA Kokoro Project）. From 2019 to 2022, she worked as the Methodological Coordinator for the FC Barcelona Foundation’s “ForAllCapabilities” project, and in 2023 she earned a Master’s degree in Sport for Development and Peace.
She has dedicated her career to being a lifelong practitioner of diversity and inclusion through sport.

She was born in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. In high school, she played for Tokiwagi Gakuen, one of Japan’s leading girls’ football programs, and won the national championship two years in a row. After graduation, she joined JEF United Chiba Ladies. While continuing her playing career, she obtained a first-class kindergarten teacher license, and retired from football at the end of the 2012 season.Following her retirement, she fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a kindergarten teacher and gained about nine years of experience in early childhood education. In 2017, she also obtained a nursery teacher qualification, further broadening her expertise.The extensive on-the-ground experience and deep understanding of children she developed through early childhood education are now being applied to safeguarding and child-centered program development at S.C.P. Japan.

From around the age of 14, she began being selected for various age-group Japan women's football teams. She participated in the 2007 AFC U-16 Women's Championship, the 2008 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, the 2009 AFC U-19 Women's Championship, and the 2010 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. In 2011, she was selected for the Nadeshiko Japan Portugal tour and She subsequently played for clubs in the Nadeshiko League, including Urawa Reds Ladies, AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies, and Chifure AS Elfen Saitama, before retiring in 2019 due to concerns about her gender identity. She returned to active duty in 2021 as a player for Via Terras Miyazaki, simultaneously publicly disclosing her sexual minority status as Q. While continuing as an active footballer, she actively participates in lectures and events concerning LGBTQ+ issues, targeting government bodies, educational institutions, and general corporations. She transferred to Omiya Ardija VENTUS in 2025 and currently plays in the Japan Women's Professional Football League（WE League）.

Professor at Kanoya University of Physical Education. His specialist fields span constitutional law, education law, sports law, and sports policy. At the university, his research primarily focuses on the legal systems and theories concerning children's rights in Japan and the UK, addressing issues such as child abuse and bullying. He also examines human rights issues affecting athletes, including the child protection systems of British sports organisations, and conducts research on the duty of care for safety obligations of sports instructors in the context of sports accidents. Furthermore, to examine the various challenges facing Japanese sport on a daily basis, he established the Athlete Safeguarding Institute in 2022. Since September 2021, the IOC has commenced online training to develop Safeguarding Officers, experts in safeguarding primarily targeting IFs and NOCs. He also serves as a member of the IOC Advisory Board, established in March 2021 to review the training content and other aspects.

Japan’s first certified public accountant with a professional baseball background, he combines athletic experience with financial expertise to strengthen the governance and financial management of sports organizations and to support athletes in building dual careers.
He advocates that the problem-solving skills and resilience developed through sport can be effectively applied in broader society, passionately supporting athletes in developing their potential and shaping their careers both during and after competition.
His work extends across the education, welfare, and economic sectors, including support for para-sports, putting into practice his vision of creating social value through sport.

She worked as a project assistant （PA） in the "ASEAN-JAPAN Workshop on Promoting Gender Equality in Sport", co-hosted by the Japan Sports Agency and the ASEAN during the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. She supported communication and workshop management with government officials from ten ASEAN countries. She also worked as a PA in the development and operation of inclusive training programs for the Japan Inclusive Football Federation （JIFF）. In addition, she supports the FutbolNet program of the Barça Foundation （a program for understanding an inclusive society through exercise and play） as an assistant facilitator. She has a Master's degree in Sport for Development and Peace.

After working at Central Sports Co., Ltd. and the Japan Top League Collaboration Organization, she earned a Master's degree in International Development and Peace through Sport from the Graduate School of the University of Tsukuba.
She is currently engaged in S.C.P. Japan's project as a contractor, primarily focusing on the inclusive football programs.

Physical Therapist / Certified Physical Therapist (Developmental Disorders), Intermediate Level Parasport Instructor
Worked for 8 years as a physical therapist at a university hospital, primarily engaged in rehabilitation within the pediatric field. Subsequently worked in home-visit-based child development support and at a general hospital, followed by 1 year and 3 months as a faculty member at Ibaraki Prefectural Medical University. Currently active in nursery schools, after-school programs, and junior sport, focusing on activities that utilize dance and physical therapy knowledge and experience to support children's physical development and growth.
Additionally, since student days, involved in promoting and coaching parasport, primarily wheelchair basketball. Served as medical staff at the wheelchair basketball venue during the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics.

At university, she dedicated herself to triathlon, achieving back-to-back victories at the Kinki Regional Championships.
In 2018, she excelled as the Under-24 Age Group Champion.
After graduation, she gained experience in sales at a trading company. Driven by a desire to widely communicate the social value of sport, she pursued graduate studies at Doshisha University's Graduate School of Policy and Management.
Currently, she conducts international comparative research on women's empowerment and sport policy. Simultaneously, at S.C.P. Japan, she works as a safeguarding project staff member, dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can participate in sport safely and securely.

Having enjoyed a wide range of sports since childhood, he became increasingly aware of the power of sport to drive social change. He completed a Master’s degree in Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) through the MSc in Sport Management, Politics and International Development program at Loughborough University in the UK, and he is currently working as a staff in charge of disability football project at S.C.P. Japan.

Began playing football at age five, represented Japan at World Cup level for her age group, and played in the Nadeshiko League for eight years. After retiring from active play, faced uncertainty and resolved to retire. Following retirement, established a women's football team and completed a master's degree to research athletes' careers. Founded a company to provide comprehensive support for athletes' careers. Currently active again as an athlete, playing beach soccer for Tokyo Verdy Priana BS since 2021. Achieved the top spot in Japan in 2024 and also played as a member of the Japan national team. She is striving to create a society where athletes can continue to shine.
