法人営業担当スタッフ

法人営業担当スタッフとして、新規パートナーの開拓、提案書の作成とプレゼンテーション、既存パートナーへの対応など、主にパートナーシップに関わる業務を担っていただきます。

Corporate Sales Staff

The Corporate Sales Staff will be responsible for developing new partners, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and managing relationships with existing partners, focusing primarily on partnership-related activities.

Qualifications	＜Required Qualifications＞・Strong alignment with S.C.P. Japan’s vision and mission ・At least 2 years of professional work experience ・Ability to work with a high level of human rights awareness and ethical standards (agreement with the Safeguarding Policy is required) ・Ability to take initiative and act proactively on a continuous basis ・Possession of basic business skills ・Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level, with basic reading and writing ability ・Commonly used systems: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, etc.Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level, with basic reading and writing ability Preferred：・Prior experience in corporate sales ※Concurrent employment or side jobs are acceptable

スポーツ活動ボランティア

以下の活動のボランティアスタッフとして、当日の準備片付け、受付等の運営、一緒に身体を動かしながら子どもの活動サポート等を行います。
1. ハッピースポーツ教室（性別、障がい等に関わらず誰でも参加できるインクルーシブなスポーツ教室）
2. Find Funスポーツ教室（障がいのある女の子とその兄弟姉妹のためのスポーツ教室）

応募資格	・年齢、性別、スポーツ経験など問いません。・なるべく全ての回に継続してご参加いただける方。・セーフガーディング*1（暴力やハラスメントのない安心・安全な環境づくり）の取り組みにご賛同いただき、子どもたちがいきいきとスポーツを楽しめる環境づくりに一緒に取り組んでいただける方。・活動日以外に年1〜2回程度実施予定の、ボランティア・スタッフ同士の勉強会やミーティングに、できる限りご都合をつけてご参加いただける方。・子どもの健康面・安全面への配慮の観点から、医療・福祉等の分野でご経験のある方も歓迎していますが、それ以外のご経験やバックグラウンドをお持ちの方のご参加ももちろん大歓迎です
雇用形態	有償ボランティア
勤務時間	毎月第一日曜日（12:00-15:00）
勤務場所	スポーツ教室の実施会場（主に柏市や流山市で開催）
給与	ボランティア謝金として以下をお支払い： ①ハッピースポーツ教室　2,500円（税込） ②FindFunスポーツ教室　2,500円（税込）

Volunteer staff

Volunteer staff will support the following activities by helping with set-up and clean-up, logistic duties, and assisting children during activities while engaging in sports together.
1. Happy Sports Class – An inclusive sports program open to everyone, regardless of gender, disability, or background.
2. Find Fun Sports Class – A sports program for girls with disabilities and their siblings.

Qualifications	・Open to all ages, genders, and levels of sports experience. ・Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level, with basic reading and writing ability ・Preferably able to participate continuously in all sessions. ・Must agree with our safeguarding commitment* (ensuring a safe and secure environment free from violence and harassment) and work together to create a space where children can enjoy sports with confidence and joy. ・Willing to join volunteer/staff study sessions or meetings (held about once or twice a year) outside of activity days. ・Experience in fields such as healthcare or welfare is welcome, but we also warmly welcome those from all other backgrounds.
