チーム名決定のお知らせと新年度チームミーティング開催のご報告 Announcement of New Team Name & Report on New Season Kickoff Meeting
S.C.P. Japanでは、障がいのある女の子を対象としたサッカーチームの活動を、2024年4月より千葉県内にてスタートいたしました。現在、14名の選手がそれぞれのペースで、楽しみながら活動に参加しています。
このたび、新年度を迎えるにあたり、現所属の選手および保護者の皆さまを対象に「保護者・選手ミーティング」を開催しました。
本ミーティングでは、下記のような内容を共有し、日頃の活動とは異なるかたちで、交流や意見交換の機会を設けることができました。
- スタッフによる自己紹介
- 活動方針およびS.C.P. Japanが大切にしている価値観のご紹介
- オンライン上での安心・安全なコミュニケーションのあり方に関するセーフガーディングのご説明とお願い
- 保護者・選手の皆さまからのご質問やご要望の共有
新チーム名が「FC RESIA」に決定！
さらに今回のミーティングでは、【新チーム名の発表】という嬉しいご報告もさせていただきました。
今後、チームのエンブレムについても、選手の皆さんとともに考案していく予定です。
新チーム名：FC RESIA（レジア）
＜名称の由来＞
「RESIA（レジア）」は、“Resilience（レジリエンス）＝困難を乗り越え立ち上がる力”を語源としています。
どのようなときも、自分らしく前に進む力を大切にしたい、という想いが込められています。
※FCは「Football Club」の略称です。
今後も、選手や保護者の皆さま、そして本活動を支えてくださる多くの方々の声を大切にしながら、チームのさらなる発展を目指してまいります。

Since April 2024, S.C.P. Japan has been running a football team for girls with disabilities in Chiba Prefecture. Currently, 14 players are actively participating in a way that suits their individual needs and preferences.
To mark the start of the new school year, we recently held a Parent & Player Meeting for all current team members and their families.
During the meeting, we shared important updates and had the opportunity to connect and exchange thoughts in a different setting from our usual practice sessions. The agenda included:
- Introduction of staff members
- Explanation of our team values and activity policy
- Overview of safeguarding practices, including safe and respectful online communication
- Q&A and feedback from participants
Our New Team Name is “FC RESIA”!
As a highlight of the meeting, we were delighted to announce the official team name!
We are also planning to design the team emblem together with the players — stay tuned!
