プライド月間中の6月17日（火）にWEリーガー齊藤夕眞氏が自身の性のあり方にこれまでどのように向き合ってきたのか、そしてアスリートとしてのキャリア構築について語ります。
「スポーツを通じて、一人ひとりが自分らしく歩んでいける未来をつくる」をビジョンに掲げ、スポーツを通じた教育・研修・人材育成・国際協力事業等を行い、ダイバーシティ・エクイティ・インクルージョンを促進し、共生社会を目指す活動をしている一般社団法人S.C.P. Japanでは、LGBTQ＋の権利を啓発する6月のプライド月間に向けて、同法人理事である齊藤夕眞氏をスピーカーに迎え、オンラインイベントを開催いたします。

Part 1（30分）：齊藤夕眞パーソナルヒストリー
自身のアイデンティティや性のあり方とサッカーとの間で揺れ動いた20代。葛藤の時期を経て、どのようにして女子サッカーの最前線へと戻ってきたのか。本人がこれまでの人生と現在の気持ちを率直に語ります。
Part 2（60分）：自分らしさが輝くセルフマネジメントと関係性の築きかた
自らの内面と丁寧に向き合ってきた齊藤選手は、プロとしてのキャリアを通じて、どのようにセルフマネジメントを実践し、周囲との関係性を築いてきたのか。現役選手としてプレーを続けながら、メンタルや人との関わり方についての学びを深めてきた齊藤選手が、その過程で得た気づきや視点の変化、そして実際に取り組んできたことを、包み隠さずお伝えします。

齊藤 夕眞（さいとう ゆうま）
プロサッカー選手（WEリーグ）/一般社団法人S.C.P. Japan理事
14歳頃から各世代別女子サッカー日本代表に選ばれ初め、2007年AFCU-16女子選手権大会、2008年FIFAU-17女子ワールドカップ出場、2009年AFCU-19女子選手権出場、2010年FIFAU-20女子ワールドカップに出場、2011年になでしこJapanポルトガル遠征選出、AFCU-19女子選手権出場などを経験。その後も浦和レッズレディースや、AC長野パルセイロレディース、ちふれASエルフェン埼玉などに所属し、2019年自身の性別に悩み引退。2021年よりヴィアマテラス宮崎の選手として現役復帰し、同時に自身が性的マイノリティのQであることを公表し、現役サッカー選手をしながら行政や教育現場、一般企業などに向けてLGBTQ+に関する講演やイベント活動などに積極的に参加している。2025年より日本女子プロサッカーリーグ（WEリーグ）でプレー。

On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, WE League player Yuma Saito will share their story about how they have confronted and embraced their own sexual identity, and how this journey has shaped their athletic career.
S.C.P. Japan—a non-profit organization that envisions “a future where everyone can walk their own path through sport”—promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through education, training, capacity building, and international cooperation. To mark Pride Month, which raises awareness of LGBTQ+ rights, the organization will host this special online event featuring S.C.P. Japan Board Member and WE League player Yuma Saito as the guest speaker.
■Program
Part 1 (30 min): Yuma Saito’s Personal Story
From navigating questions of identity and sexuality in their twenties to returning to the forefront of women’s football, Saito will share candid reflections on the journey that shaped who they are today.
Part 2 (60 min): Self-Management and Building Authentic Relationships
Having spent years facing their inner self with honesty, Saito will speak about how they practice self-management as a professional athlete and build healthy relationships with those around them. Drawing from personal experience and study in mental health and interpersonal communication, Saito will share key insights, mindset shifts, and practical approaches that have supported their ongoing career.

Yuma Saito (WE League Player / Board Member, S.C.P. Japan)
Yuma Saito began representing Japan at the youth national level around age 14, competing in major tournaments including the 2007 AFC U-16 Women’s Championship, 2008 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, 2009 AFC U-19 Championship, 2010 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, and the 2011 Nadeshiko Japan Portugal Tour.
They have played for clubs such as Urawa Reds Ladies, AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies, and Chifure AS Elfen Saitama.
After retiring in 2019 due to struggles with gender identity, Saito made a professional comeback in 2021 with Via Materas Miyazaki, publicly coming out as part of the LGBTQ+ community (Q). Since then, Saito has actively engaged in lectures and events across municipalities, schools, and companies to promote understanding of LGBTQ+ issues.
From 2025, Saito continues their playing career in Japan’s WE League.
