【告知】「スポーツにおけるセーフガーディング応用研修」が、1年間の開発期間を経て、今年夏からスタート！組織でセーフガーディングを始めるための具体的な施策を学びます。 【Announcement】“Applied Safeguarding in Sport Training” — Launching This Summer After a Year of Development!

日本版DBSなどの導入をはじめ、日本では子どもを守るセーフガーディングが注目され、スポーツ現場でも非常に重要な取り組みとなっています。組織で取り組むことで、安心・安全なスポーツの場をつくりましょう。

⼀般社団法⼈S.C.P. Japan（以下「S.C.P. Japan」と表記）は、2020年の設立当初よりセーフガーディングの取り組みに力を入れ、あらゆるスポーツ現場で一人ひとりの人権が守られるよう、啓発活動や研修実施などを実施してきました。また、2022〜2023年の2年間はスミセイコミュニテイスポーツ推進助成を受けて、専門家の皆さまにご協力いただきながら、スポーツ組織向けのセーフガーディング研修（基礎編・応用編）のカリキュラム開発を行ってきました。この度、開発後初となるセーフガーディング応用研修の実施することとなりましたのでお知らせいたします。

「スポーツにおけるセーフガーディング応用研修」では、実際にセーフガーディングの取り組みを始めるためには何をしたら良いのか、自団体で文書や体制を整える際の方法や留意点・必要なツールを手にし、適切にそれらを運用できることを目指します。また、万が一、安心・安全を脅かす事案が起こった際、どのように対応するのかを検討することで「もしも」に備えることができます。

■講師：井上由惟子（S.C.P. Japan）
元女子サッカー選手。引退後はJICA協力隊の体育隊員として２年間ブータンで過ごし、帰国後は日本サッカー協会や日本障がい者サッカー連盟などで勤務し、筑波大学大学院「スポーツ国際開発学共同専攻」の修士課程を修了。2020年一般社団法人S.C.P.Japanの設立に関わり、団体内のセーフガーディングポリシーの策定や相談窓口の設置などを担当。スポーツ関連団体向けのセーフガーディング研修の講師も務める。

・スポーツ組織（団体やクラブ）に所属している方
・組織でセーフガーディングを実践する意欲がある方
・SCPJapanが実施している「スポーツにおけるセーフガーディング基礎研修」を受講済みの方
※基礎研修をこれまで受けたことがない方は、別途アーカイブ動画(税込5,500円)で事前受講が必要です

スポーツ組織（団体・クラブ）から複数人で参加されることをおすすめします

Learn practical steps to start safeguarding within your organization.

In Japan, safeguarding initiatives such as the introduction of the Japanese version of the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) are drawing growing attention, and safeguarding children has become a vital responsibility in sports settings. By embedding safeguarding within organizations, we can build sports environments that are safe and inclusive for everyone.

Since its establishment in 2020, S.C.P. Japan (Sport for Creating Pathways Japan) has placed strong emphasis on safeguarding in sport — developing awareness materials, delivering training, and promoting systems that protect the rights and dignity of every individual involved in sport.

From 2022 to 2023, with support from the Sumisei Community Sports Promotion Grant, S.C.P. Japan collaborated with experts to develop safeguarding training curricula for sports organizations — both Basic and Applied levels.

We are pleased to announce that the Applied Safeguarding in Sport Training will be offered for the first time this summer.

About the “Applied Safeguarding in Sport Training”

This course builds on the Basic Safeguarding in Sport Training and explores how to start implementing safeguarding within your own organization. Participants will learn how to establish documentation, structures, and systems, use essential tools appropriately, and prepare for how to respond effectively if a concern or incident arises.

Instructor

Yuiko Inoue (S.C.P. Japan)
Former women’s football player. After retiring, she served as a Physical Education volunteer with the JICA Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in Bhutan for two years. Upon returning to Japan, she worked with the Japan Football Association and the Japan Inclusive Football Federation. She holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Olympic Studies (Joint Master’s Program in International Development and Peace through Sport) from the University of Tsukuba. As a founding member of S.C.P. Japan, she leads safeguarding initiatives including policy development and consultation mechanisms, and conducts safeguarding training for sports organizations.

  • Individuals motivated to implement safeguarding within their organizations

  • Those who have completed S.C.P. Japan’s Basic Safeguarding in Sport Training

If you have not yet taken the Basic Training, please watch the archived version in advance (JPY 5,500, tax included).

Recommended:
Participation by multiple members from the same organization.
