【学校募集】スポーツを通じてジェンダーや子どもの権利について学ぶ体験授業（無料） 【Now Accepting Applications from Schools】 Free Experiential Class: Learning About Gender and Children’s Rights Through Sport
2023年度より開始した「スポーツを通じてジェンダーや子どもの権利について学ぶ体験授業」。2023年度は13クラス353名の子どもたちに授業をお届けしました。2024年度も多くの学校様からのお申し込みお待ちしております！
子どもたちと一緒に「男らしさ」「女らしさ」といった性別に基づく社会の“当たり前”を見つめ直し、スポーツや運動を題材に「自分らしさ」とは何かを考える「ジェンダー」についての学びの授業です。性の多様性(SOGIE)・LGBTQ+や子どもの権利について紹介しながら、子どもたちと共に学びます。
【プログラム対象】小学校4~6年生 ※中学生は応相談
【プログラム内容】1クラスあたり90分
＜お話の時間＞（45分）
性の多様性についての正しい知識をクイズを交えながら紹介します。子どもの権利を紹介し、多様な性のあり方との関係についても考えます。
＜実験の時間＞（45分）
誰もが楽しめるルールをみんなで考えながら運動ゲームを行います。自分の気持ちや意見を表現したり、友達の話を聴いたり、自他共に尊重することを学びます。

Since launching in 2023, our “Experiential Class on Gender and Children’s Rights Through Sport” has reached 13 classes and 353 students.

This class invites children to take a fresh look at social “norms” based on gender — such as ideas of what it means to be “masculine” or “feminine” — and to explore what it truly means to “be yourself,” using sport and physical activity as the theme.
Through interactive discussion, the program also introduces sexual and gender diversity (SOGIE / LGBTQ+) and children’s rights, encouraging students to learn and think together.
【Target Group】
Elementary school grades 4 to 6

【Program Duration】
90 minutes per class
🗣️ Part 1: “Discussion Time” (45 minutes)
Students learn accurate and age-appropriate information about sexual and gender diversity through quizzes and interactive dialogue.
The session also introduces the concept of children’s rights, exploring how these relate to diversity in gender and identity.
🤸 Part 2: “Activity Time” (45 minutes)
Through inclusive sports and movement games, children work together to create rules that everyone can enjoy.
They learn to express their feelings and opinions, listen to others, and practice mutual respect and empathy through play.
