一般社団法人S.C.P. Japanは、「一人ひとりが自分らしく歩んでいける未来をつくる」というビジョンの下、ジェンダー・障がい・人権などに関連する様々な社会の課題に対してスポーツを介してアクションをしている団体です。この度、S.C.P.Japanが運営するFC RESIA（障がいのある女の子・女性のサッカーチーム）のコーチを新たに募集させていただくこととなりました。

■FC RESIAとは？
2024年4月に設立し、2026年8月現在、10歳から23歳までの16名（知的障がい・発達障がい・脳性麻痺のある選手）が、それぞれのペースで楽しみながら練習や活動に参加しています。
チーム名「RESIA（レジア）」は、Resilience（レジリエンス）＝困難を乗り越え、立ち上がる力に由来します。「どのようなときも、自分らしく前に進む力を大切にしたい」という想いを、この名前に込めています。

■活動頻度：
週一回（土曜日または日曜日）
※ 練習試合や宿泊を伴う遠征、その他イベントを実施する場合があります。

■活動場所：
柏市立田中北小学校　（〒277-0802 千葉県柏市船戸１丁目７−１）
※つくばエクスプレス線柏たなか駅より徒歩10分
※車の場合、校内駐車場の使用も可能です。
※会場の都合により、活動場所が変更になる場合もあります。

■活動内容：
– 練習指導（練習時のコーチ体制は2名以上です。経験や状況に応じて、役割をご相談させていただきます。）
– 練習の準備・片付け
– 試合、イベント等の活動サポート
– その他、運営に関わる業務

■活動時間：
練習日の場合：準備・片付けを含め2時間程度
※練習試合や宿泊を伴う遠征、その他イベントの場合は活動内容により異なります。

■コーチ謝金兼交通費：
5,000円（税込）／回

■募集人数：
1〜2名

■応募条件：
・年齢、性別、スポーツ経験などは問いません。
・月に3回以上ご参加いただける方。
・セーフガーディング*1（暴力やハラスメントのない安心・安全な環境づくり）の取り組みにご賛同いただき、子どもたちがいきいきとスポーツを楽しめる環境づくりに一緒に取り組んでいただける方。
・活動日以外に年1〜2回程度実施予定の、コーチ・スタッフ同士の勉強会やミーティングに、できる限りご都合をつけてご参加いただける方。

S.C.P. Japan is an organization that takes action through sport to address various social issues related to gender, disability, human rights, and more, with the vision of “Creating a future where every individual can move forward in their own way.”

We are currently recruiting new coaches for FC RESIA, a football team for girls and women with disabilities operated by S.C.P. Japan.

About FC RESIA

FC RESIA was established in April 2024. As of August 2026, the team consists of 16 players aged 10 to 23, including players with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and cerebral palsy.

The team name “RESIA” comes from the word “Resilience” — the strength to overcome challenges and rise again.

Through this name, we express our hope that every player can develop the ability to move forward while staying true to themselves, regardless of the challenges they may face.

Activity Schedule

Once a week (Saturday or Sunday)
※Friendly matches, overnight trips, and other events may also be held.

Location

Kashiwa City Tanaka Kita Elementary School
1-7-1 Funato, Kashiwa City, Chiba 277-0802, Japan

Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Kashiwatanaka Station (Tsukuba Express Line)
Parking is available on school grounds for those coming by car.
The activity location may change depending on facility availability.

Activities and Responsibilities

Coaches will be involved in:

Providing football coaching and support during training sessions
Training sessions will have a coaching team of two or more people. Roles will be discussed based on each coach’s experience and situation.
Preparing and setting up equipment, as well as cleaning up after sessions
Supporting matches, events, and other team activities
Assisting with other team management and operational tasks

Activity Duration

For regular training sessions:

Approximately 2 hours, including preparation and clean-up

※The duration may vary depending on activities such as friendly matches, overnight trips, and events.

Coach Compensation / Transportation Allowance

5,000 JPY (including tax) per session

Number of Positions Available

1–2 coaches

Requirements

No restrictions on age, gender, or sporting background.
Able to participate at least three times per month.
Support and agree with our Safeguarding*1 approach to creating a safe and inclusive environment free from violence and harassment, and be willing to help create a place where children can enjoy sport with confidence.
Able to participate, as much as possible, in coach/staff learning sessions and meetings held approximately 1–2 times per year outside regular activities.
