女子パラフットボールフェスタを開催いたしました！ Women’s Para Football Festa was held!
2025年5月11日（日）、千葉県・JFA夢フィールドにて、障がいのある女性を対象とした「女子パラフットボールフェスタ」を開催しました。本イベントは、一般社団法人S.C.P. Japanが主催し、日本障がい者サッカー連盟、日本知的障がい者サッカー連盟、日本CPサッカー協会の後援、公益財団法人タチバナ財団の助成、一般社団法人スマイルコンパスの協力を受けて実施されたものです。本イベントには、全国各地から複数のチームが参加し、総勢42名の選手が集いました。「サッカーをもっと楽しみたい」「仲間とプレーしたい」「いつか自分もチームに入りたい」——そんな思いを抱く女の子たちが集い、それぞれのペースでサッカーにチャレンジする、かけがえのない時間となりました。
◼️岩渕真奈氏・登坂絵莉氏がゲストとして参加
今回のイベントには、スペシャルゲストとして、一般社団法人スマイルコンパスより岩渕真奈さん（元サッカー女子日本代表）と登坂絵莉さん（リオ五輪金メダリスト・レスリング）が参加。各チームに加わり、選手と同じ目線でプレーを楽しみながら、一人ひとりに声をかけ、背中を押してくださいました。イベントの合言葉である「エンジョイ・チャレンジ・リスペクト」を体現するような2人の姿に、参加者だけでなく保護者やスタッフからも感動の声が寄せられました。トップアスリートとの“共にプレーする”体験は、子どもや選手たちにとって一生の宝物となりました。
◼️誰もが「エンジョイ・チャレンジ・リスペクト」できる場を目指して
S.C.P. Japanでは、すべての人が自分らしくスポーツに参加できる環境づくりを目指し、「エンジョイ（楽しむ）」「チャレンジ（挑戦する）」「リスペクト（尊重し合う）」の3つの価値を大切にしています。
本イベントでも、「勝敗よりも、すべての参加者が安心してプレーできること」を重視し、審判の代わりにピッチマネージャーを配置。フェアプレーを促す声かけやルールのサポート、グリーンカードの活用などを通して、安心と尊重に満ちた空間がピッチ上に広がりました。
また、競技歴に応じてリーグを分ける工夫や、交代の促しによって全員がプレー機会を持てるよう配慮。障がいの特性に関わらず、すべての選手が主役になれる場が実現しました。
さらに本イベントでは、すべての参加者が安心して参加できるよう、セーフガーディングにも重点を置きました。会場内には「一人ひとりの権利」リーフレットを掲示し、すべての選手・関係者が尊重されるべき存在であることを共有。参加チームのスタッフやボランティア、ゲストの方が事前にセーフガーディング行動規範に署名をし、当日は相談窓口となる担当者を明示することで安心して過ごせる環境づくりに努めました。
◼️継続的な交流への期待が広がる機会に
イベントでは、アイスブレイクを兼ねたウォーミングアップをゲストの岩渕さんに進行していただき、参加者同士のつながりが自然に生まれていきました。
閉会式では、ゲストの登坂さんから「次に会うときはもっと上手にドリブルができるようになっておくね！」などメダリストらしい次への目標をお話いただき、参加選手たちも「次はもっとチャレンジしたい」「点をとりたい」とゲストのお二方からも多くの刺激を受けました。
「またこの仲間と会いたい」「もっとたくさんの試合がしたい」といった声が多く寄せられたことは、今回のフェスタが単なるイベントにとどまらず、次への一歩となる機会となった証だと考えています。
◼️スポーツを通じて、“自分らしくいられる”社会へ
S.C.P. Japanでは、今後も障がいの有無や性別に関わらず、すべての人がスポーツを通じてつながり、学び合える機会を提供してまいります。
女子パラフットボールフェスタをきっかけに、これまで一歩を踏み出せなかった女の子たちにも、スポーツの楽しさや仲間とつながる喜びが届くよう、継続的な取り組みを進めてまいります。

On Sunday, 11 May 2025, the Women’s Para Football Festival for women with disabilities was held at JFA Dream Field in Chiba Prefecture. This event was organised by the General Incorporated Association S.C.P. Japan, with support from the Japan Disabled Football Association, the Japan Football Association for the Intellectually Disabled, and the Japan CP Football Association. It was funded by the Tachibana Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, and carried out with the cooperation of the General Incorporated Association Smile Compass. Teams from across Japan participated, bringing together a total of 42 players. Girls sharing aspirations such as ‘I want to enjoy football more’, ‘I want to play with friends’, and ‘I want to join a team someday’ gathered. It became an irreplaceable time where each challenged themselves in football at their own pace.
■ Special Guests Mana Iwabuchi and Eri Tosaka
Special guests Mana Iwabuchi (former Japan Women’s National Football Team player) and Eri Tosaka (Rio Olympics gold medallist in wrestling), both from the Smile Compass General Incorporated Association, participated in this event. They joined each team, enjoying the play alongside the players at eye level, offering encouragement and support to each individual. Their embodiment of the event’s motto, ‘Enjoy, Challenge, Respect’, moved not only the participants but also parents and staff alike. The experience of playing alongside top athletes became a lifelong treasure for the children and athletes.
■ Aiming for a place where everyone can ‘Enjoy, Challenge, Respect’
At S.C.P. Japan, we value the three principles of ‘Enjoy’, “Challenge” and ‘Respect’ as we aim to create an environment where everyone can participate in sport as themselves.
At this event, the emphasis was on ensuring that all participants could play with peace of mind, rather than on winning or losing. Pitch managers were assigned instead of referees. Through encouraging fair play, supporting the rules, and utilising green cards, a space filled with peace of mind and respect spread across the pitch.
Furthermore, consideration was given to ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to play by dividing the leagues according to competitive history and encouraging substitutions. This created a space where all players could be protagonists, regardless of the nature of their disability.
In addition, this event placed emphasis on safeguarding so that all participants could take part with peace of mind. Leaflets on ‘Individual Rights’ were displayed at the venue to share the message that all players and related parties should be respected. Staff from participating teams, volunteers, and guests signed a safeguarding code of conduct beforehand. Designated contact persons were clearly identified on the day to create a secure environment.
■ An opportunity fostering hopes for ongoing connections
Guest speaker Mr Iwabuchi led warm-up activities that also served as icebreakers, naturally fostering connections among participants.
At the closing ceremony, guest Mr Noborizaka shared medallist-like goals for the future, such as ‘Next time we meet, I’ll be able to dribble much better!’, inspiring participating players with comments like ‘Next time I want to challenge myself more’ and ‘I want to score goals’.
The numerous comments such as ‘I want to meet these friends again’ and ‘I want to play in more matches’ demonstrate that this festival was not merely an event, but a stepping stone towards future endeavours.
■ Towards a society where everyone can be themselves through sport
S.C.P. Japan will continue to provide opportunities for all people, regardless of disability or gender, to connect and learn from each other through sport.
Building on the Women’s Para Football Festa, we will pursue ongoing initiatives to ensure the joy of sport and the pleasure of connecting with peers reaches girls who may previously have hesitated to take that first step.
