We are a Sport for Development and Peace (SDP)
organization that uses sport to address social issues and empower children and young people.
Through sport, we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, striving to create an inclusive society.

私たちは、5つの重点領域を掲げ、
運動共育事業や研修事業、団体連携事業などを行い、
スポーツを通じてポジティブな経験を
子どもや若者に届ける活動を行っています。

We focus on five key areas and carry out initiatives such as inclusive physical education programs, training programs, and partnerships with organizations,
delivering positive experiences through sport to children and young people.

あらゆる能力 ALL CAPABILITIES

インクルーシブなスポーツ教室・イベントを実施。ファシリテーターやコーチを対象に、スポーツにおける包摂的な環境づくりを推進するための研修やワークショップを行っています。

Deliver inclusive physical education programs for children with and without disabilities, and provide training and workshops for facilitators and coaches to promote inclusive environments in sport.

女性・女の子 WOMEN&GIRLS

女の子向けのスポーツイベントや、スポーツ関係者へのジェンダー平等のための研修・情報発信に加え、ジェンダーインクルーシブな環境づくりを推進するコーチの育成にも取り組んでいます。

Organize sport events for girls and provide training and awareness programs to promote gender equality, while also focusing on developing coaches who can foster gender-inclusive environments.

LGBTQ+/SOGIE LGBTQ+/SOGIE

プライドマッチの企画・運営、LGBTQ+当事者アスリートを招いた交流会、その他研修や啓発のための情報発信等を行っています。

Deliver outreach programs (ex. Pride Match) and organize interactive events with LGBTQ+ athletes as guests to raise awareness regarding LGBTQ+ related social issues.

国際協力・国際交流 INTERNATIONAL
COOPERATION

スポーツを通じたジェンダー平等プロジェクト、外国人アスリートとの交流、その他国際協力関連のプロジェクトサポートなどを行っています。

Coordinate gender equality projects through sport, organize exchange program with international athletes, and support other projects related to international cooperation.

IN SPORT

人権啓発活動、子どもの権利を学ぶ運動プログラムの実施、セーフガーディング研修やコンサルティングなどを行っています。

スポーツにおけるセーフガーディングの推進 Safeguarding

安心・安全なスポーツ環境の実現へ、指導者向けセーフガーディング研修や組織の体制整備支援を実施。2025年からはeラーニング開発にも取り組み、誰もが学べる仕組みを広げています。

To create safe sport environments, we provide safeguarding training for coaches and support organizations in building safeguarding systems. From 2025, we are also developing e-learning programs to expand opportunities for everyone to learn.

企業と協働で行うスポーツを通じた地域貢献 Corporate Partnerships for Community Development through Sport

地域の企業と連携し「モグモグサッカーフェスタ」を開催。スポーツと子ども食堂を組み合わせ、地域の子どもや家族がスポーツを楽しみながら子ども食堂を身近に感じられる機会を創出しました。

In collaboration with local companies, we organized the “Mogu-Mogu Soccer Festa,” combining sport with a children’s cafeteria to create opportunities for local children and families to enjoy sport while becoming more familiar with community kitchens.

障がいの有無を越えて、みんなで楽しむ！ Findfun新富キッズエンジョイDAY開催レポート “Find Fun Shintomi Kids Enjoy DAY” Held in Shintomi Town Gymnasium on October 25–26, 2025

誰もが楽しめるスポーツの場を、宮崎県新富町で。子どもも大人も一緒に笑い合う、インクルーシブな2日間のイベントが開催されました。

An inclusive two-day event in Shintomi, Miyazaki, where children and adults shared laughter through sport in a space open to all.

FC RESIA 子ども/選手の”動き”の測定会を開催 FC RESIA – Movement Assessment for Children/Players

7月13日に、FC RESIAの選手を対象として、”動き”の測定会を開催しました。今回、初めての試みとなるこちらの測定会について報告いたします。

On July 13, we held a “movement” assessment for FC RESIA players.
This was our first time conducting such an initiative, and we are pleased to share a report on the event.
