12月10日の世界人権デーにあわせ、S.C.P. Japanは「スポーツにおけるセーフガーディング（コーチの声編）」動画を公開。暴力や虐待から守るだけでなく、子どもの力と声を信じ、尊厳と権利が尊重されるスポーツ文化の大切さを伝えています。安心して挑戦できる環境づくりを通じ、誰もが自分らしくいられるスポーツの未来を目指します。
On World Human Rights Day (Dec 10), S.C.P. Japan released a video on safeguarding in sport. It highlights the importance of respecting children’s rights, voices, and potential—creating sport environments where every child feels safe, valued, and free to be themselves.
11月20日の世界子どもの日は、子どもの権利を見つめ直し、すべての子どもが安心して育つ社会を考える日です。S.C.P. Japanでは、暴力や過度な競争などスポーツ現場の「当たり前」に問いを投げかけ、子どもの声を尊重するセーフスポーツの重要性を広めています。子どもの想いを可視化する「Safe Sport Voice Action」パネルを通じ、大人と子どもが対話しながら、安心して挑戦できるスポーツ文化を育てることを呼びかけています。
November 20, World Children’s Day, is a day to reflect on children’s rights and to consider how we can build a society where every child can grow up safely and with dignity. At S.C.P. Japan, we challenge the “taken-for-granted” norms in sport—such as violence and excessive competitiveness—and promote the importance of Safe Sport that truly respects children’s voices. Through the Safe Sport Voice Action panel, which visualizes children’s thoughts and experiences, we encourage meaningful dialogue between adults and children to help create a sports culture where all children can feel safe to try, fail, and keep challenging themselves.
SFTC会員等事業支援プログラム「SFTアクション＋（プラス）」I期にご採択いただいた事業で、2024年10月下旬に世界でもセーフガーディングの取り組みが進んでいるイギリスと、最近法律が変わりセーフガーディングの仕組みづくりが動き出したスペインに足を運び、国内でのセーフガーディング普及に向けた海外視察を行いました。
Overseas Study Tour on Safeguarding: United Kingdom & Spain As part of the SFTC Member Project Support Program “SFT Action+ (Phase I),” we conducted an overseas study tour in late October 2024 to the United Kingdom, where safeguarding practices are highly advanced, and to Spain, where recent legal changes have begun to drive the development of safeguarding systems. The purpose was to gather insights to promote safeguarding in Japan.
2024年8月から9月にかけて、「スポーツにおけるセーフガーディング応用研修」を初開催しました。
From August to September 2024, S.C.P. Japan held its first-ever “Applied Safeguarding in Sport Training.
